Congratulations Ladies! Enjoy reading everyone’s comments!
I’m in Vermont; keep East Coast in your prayers…it’s snowing in New York City already.

Snowing in NY…I hadn’t seen the news yet today. Thanks for the heads up. I have friends in upstate CT so can imagine they will get it, too. Not that Sandy hit them as hard.
Makes you want to put a giant tent over that whole part of New England.

Congratulations to one and all of the winners! Enjoy your book!
I just finished reading Fletcher’s Woman, written in 1983…the year you said you started writing.
And, I aslo read Glory, Glory, written in 1990. Both are good books and I enjoyed them, but I can see the changes in your writitng style over the years, as you’ve gotten better and better. Uh Oh, that makes it sound as if the first ones weren’t good, and believe me, they’re good.
But, it was nice to go back that far and see the difference.
