Well, now…

Where to start? 

The laptop did not come in, and if the hotel had a business center, I failed to find it.  Hence, no blogs–until now.  :)

Last week’s winners, before I forget, were: Jean Burkacki and Marlene Kubick–congratulations, ladies.  A new contest begins today.

Four weeks and counting

As of tomorrow, I’ve been back in Weight Watchers for a full month–how time flies when you’re counting points.  :)  I’ve lost a little more–hurray!–and sure am enjoying being able to wear my jeans again. 

This afternoon–at last–I have my first EMDR* therapy session, and I’m so excited.  I can’t wait to tell you about it, but I might have to use the hotel computer while in Seattle to blog, because my new laptop hasn’t arrived yet.  (Errrrggh!)  Maybe it will come today–you never know.  Since I lack any kind of technological talent whatsoever, I need Chris to set the gizmo
