I had a major setback with the flu this past weekend–you might even call it a meltdown–but glad to say, I’m over that and back in action. Phew! Remind me never to take my usually good health for granted. 
The new contest kicked in yesterday–one winner will receive a Sherry Muchira CD, ALL THINGS NEW, along with a signed book. The other will receive one of my dolomite/jade pendants and, of course, a signed book. So comment on, my friends!

You know my penchant for experimenting–and I feel it’s only fair to mention the failures as well as the successes.
The most recent lab project involved spaghetti squash. I decided to deviate from my standard way of cooking this lovely no-point vegetable, which I’ve described in other blogs, and do something different.
