Last night I dreamed….

But not of Manderley.

I dreamed I was moving to Florida with my ex-husband–and we’d be crossing the country on his motorcyle, no less.  He wanted me to leave my dog and cats behind–and to be fair, Rick is a mellow guy these days, and an animal lover to boot.  (We’ve been divorced since 1987 and he’s married to a wonderful woman named Kathy.)  Bottomline, he’d never expect me or anyone else to abandon a beloved pet.  Needless to say, my dream self refused.

Boy, was I glad to wake up–even if it WAS four o’clock in the morning!

I’m rollin’!

The new book is off to a great start, if I do say so myself.  :)  My goal is two chapters per week, taking Wednesdays off for acupuncture, errands, etc., and so far, I’m on target.  There have been some changes  already–the series is now called THE BRIDES OF BLISS COUNTY, and the town will be called Mustang Creek.
