One Thing About Moving…

It forces you to declutter!
I’ve wanted to live a simpler life for a very long time. I have too many books (yes, Virginia, there IS such a thing as too many books), too many shoes, too many mismatched dishes and knickknacks. Too many of so many things.
I will be giving clothing to the Goodwill and the Salvation Army.
Books to libraries and other excellent causes.
This is a huge move, but I choose to see it for what it is: a new start. A chance to live a simpler, more streamlined life. A real opportunity to leave behind

Sunday Mornin’ Comin’ Down

Except there isn’t “no way to hold my head that doesn’t hurt”, and I don’t have to put on my cleanest dirty shirt, either. But I can get behind “the Sunday smell of someone fryin’ chicken”!
