Linda, you definitely have my sympathies! I had a horrible cold in December; they’re definitely not fun.
Rest, stay warm, take care of yourself, read or listen to some great books and get well soon! Prayers and good thoughts are headed your way!
It is some mean cold here kn Kennebec County, Maine. We are right in the middle of a blizzard.
Have only got 8″ so far could get over 14″ before it is over. Guess we have to put on our longies. Hope to hear from you soon.
So sorry, this has been the worst year for colds and flu, from another country girl I recommend elderberry extract in hot tea, if you don’t have any ,you can get in on Amazon. It is the best natural antiviral. Stay warm.
Been there recently myself. I coughed so hard had to hold a pillow at my waist in order to stem the pain. Finally got better. Took me about three weeks. Still have some occasional coughing. Hope you are well soon.
Linda, So sorry you are under the weather. Drink warm tea interchanged with hot chocolate w/mini marshmallows. ( I think WW has some of that that is ok) and chicken broth or chicken soup. A good very warm tub with epsom salts should help with the achy feeling.. In the evening before going to bed drink your warm beverage by the fire place wraped in your favorite blanket. Don’t forget to look out your windows and occasionaly glance at the snow on the ground or that is falling. Hope you are well soon.
Sorry to hear that you are under the weather , a friend told me a remedy , put vicks salve on the bottom of your feet , put socks on before you go to bed at night . She swears by this .Prayer works wonders , so you have my prayers to go along with the remedys .. take care !
Winter colds are the worse!!! Hope you feel better soon! I will be praying for you to have a quick recovery! I have taken Emergen-C every time I feel something coming on and it has helped – it gives your immune system a boost, Maybe try a little of that.
