Four weeks and counting

As of tomorrow, I’ve been back in Weight Watchers for a full month–how time flies when you’re counting points.  :)  I’ve lost a little more–hurray!–and sure am enjoying being able to wear my jeans again. 

This afternoon–at last–I have my first EMDR* therapy session, and I’m so excited.  I can’t wait to tell you about it, but I might have to use the hotel computer while in Seattle to blog, because my new laptop hasn’t arrived yet.  (Errrrggh!)  Maybe it will come today–you never know.  Since I lack any kind of technological talent whatsoever, I need Chris to set the gizmo

Saturday blog plus prattle

I’m up early today, to get a jumpstart on my writing.  Neecie (one of Bernice’s many nicknames) is beside me in her office  bed, getting a jumpstart on sleeping.  :)
