#1 NYT bestselling author Linda Lael Miller

Friday winners are:

Leisa Sellers and Jennifer Zorko-Legan.  Congratulations!

A new contest begins on Monday, so be sure to comment.

I’m looking forward to a relatively quiet weekend, which will include sharing a meal with beloved family members, reading, doing some art work, and maybe a little cooking, too.

Be blessed and take care.

Dear Linda, I sincerely hope that your weekend has been quiet and enjoyable as you had hoped. My week was spent with my stepdaughter and grandson. It felt like we were a taxi service shuttling them from our house to her Mom’s house. We live in the same town, but she came with short notice and wanted to see all her numerous family members on her terms. Sorry,Physical Therapy was priority. Anyway, it was wonderful to have her stay a couple nites and to enjoy our youngest grandson. 17 months old and on the go but he didn’t disturb Grandmas pretties that are a part of my livingroom decor. Pawpaw and I aren’t used to having a little one around, since most of are grandkids live far away, BUT NOTHING, puts a smaile on grandparents faces than hearing the little one say words that his Mommy and Daddy haven’t done yet. Those precious words came as we taught him to pet our daschie gently, not like he pets his pit bulls. His words as we petted Butterscotch together was, “Nice Puppy,” as he repeated what we kept telling him as we showed him how to pet the dog. Raxa (pronounced Ra zay) is a treasure and had us laughing so hard. Of course, everyone who say him said what a beautiful baby he is. We think he is too.

Kick back, relax and just do your own reading.

    Sincereky,

    Bonnie Pruett :-D
