Double Rainbows

This afternoon, after a rainy day, we were graced with not one rainbow, but two, arching across the sky.  Beautiful!  I’ll be tweeting pictures soon.

I like to think that double rainbow was a blessing for my new grand-dog, Margie, an adorable Golden Retriever who will be arriving in Spokane in about fifteen minutes.  Wendy and Jeremy are waiting to receive her with open arms, and all of us are eager to make her acquaintance.  :) Trust me, she’s a cutie!

Today was a good writing day.  I’ve got a little more to do to reach my quota, but it’s definitely doable.  I’m LOVING this book–“Big Sky Wedding”–and I can’t wait to share it with all of you.  Fickle as I am, I’m already madly in love with Zane Sutton, the hero.  :)

My iPod is loaded with new audio books, so this will definitely be a great night.  There’s a new Lincoln biography and a memoir called “Buddy: How a Rooster Made Me a Family Man”, by Brian McGrory.  People are fascinating–and so are roosters!

More tomorrow, when I’ll be posting my ‘ghost story’ winners.

Be happy, be safe and be kind.

Now you are just plain teasing about the new book. I think I am going into DTs from no new Parable reading. :) Waiting not so patiently. Wow, I don’t think I have ever seen a double rainbow. That must be gorgeous. Hope you have a wonderful day and a marvelous Thanksgiving!!
Many Blessings to you and yours!!!

Hi, Linda. I’m a big Golden Retriever fan too. Your new little one is lucky, I imagine he has plenty of land to run around! Maybe he’ll play with the horses, come Spring! I’m also ready for the next Parable book. There’s such a wide, gaping period of time between the books, I have to remind myself who was and what happened in the last book before starting a new one. Have you been to Hawaii and seen the rainbows there? Last December I was on Oahu and every day there was at least one rainbow. Now I understand why they have a rainbow on their license plates! Have a WONDERFUL THANKSGIVING, and blessings to you and your family!! Hilda
